Yang I. Pachankis, Masters & Ph.D. in global governance, cosmology. Yang graduated from Chongqing No. 2 Foreign Language School (Verakin High School of Chongqing) in 2006, and Communication University of China in 2010. He started a professional career in film & TV, artist and international manager in contemporary art, and research in nonproliferation, arms control, and disarmament. He has been a human rights activist and observer on judicial independence of People's Republic of China. Yang was victimized during graduate studies; after the harms from targeted human trafficking around before the SARS-CoV-2 outbreak, Yang resumed his high school interests in cosmological and astronomical research in his parents’ house in Chongqing in 2019, from whom Yang got basic life support. The responsibilities Yang took in the research have been:
- explore the current instrumentations in astronomical research and scientific information;
- experiment design and implementation for theory confirmation;
- obtaining evidence on PRC’s thermonuclear contamination of outer space from the theoretical perspective;
- communicating with international institutions such as the International Court of Justice and International Criminal Court on the humanitarian disasters.
Yang is acknowledged by the international community after the publications of the empirical researches proving his theory on black hole and white hole thermonuclear binding.
