First (instructor) evaluation comments
Hi Jon,
Here are some suggestions for further improvements to your encyclopedia entry draft. I'm going to stick to the sections you've already begun developing, but keep in mind that you still need to fill in the others as well as the required subpages.
- The "History" section looks like it's off to a good start, especially in that it grounds the organization's founding in the landmark Supreme Court cases of the late '60s and early '70s. That said, you might develop it further by (1) explaining the steps that were taken (and by whom) to establish NARAL after Roe, and (2) adding additional subsections to help structure your explanation of how the organization has developed since the mid-1970s.
- The "Current objectives and activities" section should do much more than reproduce the organization's mission statement, which is a very general assertion of its goals. It would be a good idea to flesh this section out much more with information about specific policy objectives and steps NARAL is taking to achieve them.
